Found in RC3.

I was testing drag and drop between the various 'explorers' (Package, Project Exploer and Navigator) and partway through I noticed that the 'sample.gif' had disappeared from the Package Explorer. I was -not- dragging the GIF file (I was using 'foo.usr' for my tests).

Sorry guys, this is one of those "I was doing X and then noticed Y" defects so I don't know exactly which action caused the artifact. I'll attach an image that shows what I got.

Notice that both other trees indicate that the 'sample.gif' is still in the workspace.

Also, 'refresh' doesn't clear this up...but closing/reopening the 'icons' folder does...

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
