While configuring user libraries in Preferences->Java->Build Path->User Libraries is need to specify library dependency on other library as same way as one project depend on other project. For example mx4j library need log4j library.

This would require tolerating containers inside containers, which we are thinking of for 3.5 (no strong commitment yet).
