[3.2 RC1 I20060413-1718]

When I click "Properties" for a dependency, and enter identical "Minimum Version" and "Maximum Version" (both "Inclusive"), the Maximum Version is ignored completely. After clicking OK and reopening the Properties, the Maximum Version I entered is gone (and nothing of it can be seen in the MANIFEST.MF"
