When choosing New > Connection on Windows, following messages are generated into the PDE Runtime Error Log:

RSEG1024E
RSEG1022E
RSEG1021E

It appears that NLS properties are missing for these messages.

These messages are logged as a result of invalid user input. The NLS strings seem to be found.

These messages should not be logged, however, as they are not error messages. This  will be fixed for another bug.
