I just upgraded to 1.5RC1a. I have a project in the workspace where I disabled the validation builder on the Builders properties page. Somehow this builder now got readded and I ended up with to validation builders - one deactivate and one activated.

Fix released to 1.5 stream, will be available for test in RC2 driver
