The CDT log file uses the same name as the workspace log file, i.e. ".log". I propose that the log file is renamed to "cdt.log". This will make it easier to distinguish log files found when searching for "*.log" under the workspace directory.

Change file name

Change log file name to "cdt.log". Removed call to getDefault().
