In top-down or client Web service scenario, WSDL wizard validation no longer works.  The WSDL summary messages at the bottom of the screen are not showing and the WSDL validation message table is not populated.

This used to work in WTP 1.5 M5.  There has not been any change in WSDL wizard validation and I suspect this problem is due to the recent Page 1 UI rework.

WSDL wizard validation is not being called because getStatus() of WSDLSelectionWidget is not being called.

After bug 136335 is fixed, we need to ensure that WSDL wizard validation still works properly.  We need to make sure that the WSDLSelectionWidget dialog could get the proper info from the WSDL validation job when it completes and the dialog handles the situation where the WSDL validation job has not returned when the dialog is dismissed.

With bug 135335 fixed, WSDL wizard validation works once more.  However, the initial size for the columns for the validation messages are too small.

ValidationMessageViewerWidget is updated to provide a minimum column width. 

Change committed and will be released later.
