The user should be able to select a facet and then F1 or select the '?' icon in the lower left of the wizard in order to display additional information about that facet. What's to be displayed is TBD.

This will require significant documentation, probably in the form of infopops, so please give warning well ahead of when this will be implemented.

Someone with permission, please add the "documentation" keyword to this bug.

Sure. At this point it's looking like this is off the table for 1.5. Perhaps early 2.0...
