The javadoc fonts in this latest build do not correspond with the editor font. This was default behavior in prior builds. Attached is a screenshot.

Moving to JDT/UI.
Motif or GTK?
Is it really bigger or did you lower the font size and hover didn't react to this?
No, I simply launched the latest Ibuild and the javadoc fonts were enlarged. I have no problem switching back to a previous build -- the fonts correspond with everything else. (I have not touched the font preferences under any build).
see comment 3
GTK as stated in the summary.
Robert, can you also check the Javadoc view for me and attach a picture of it. Thanks.
No problem; attached is a updated screenshot which includes the javadoc view. I updated to the latest IBuild and the problem still exists. Build id: I20060331-2000

Can you verify one last thing: attach a screenshot of the Javadoc view when using 3.1.2 (or any 3.1.x).

Is this from exactly the same machine with same launch path? The image in the Javadoc view indicates that the Browser widget wasn't used but it felt back to the old text widget.
Make sure that you didn't tell your browser to ignore font styles and sizes.
Updated to the latest IBuild and it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore, I did perform an upgrade of xorg, perhaps that resolved from font issues. Build id: I20060413-0010
