Snap-to-grid does not work for a child node *immediately* inside a top level node. That is, a child node which is created inside a top level node without any compartments.

The generator has the capability to contain shapes directly inside another shape instead of indirectly through a shape compartment.  The runtime hasn't likely accounted for this case.
