As soon as WTP is installed all platform property pages appear for simple projects which were filtered before.

For example, for a simple project (without the PDE ode Java nature) I get the PDE and JDT property pages.

Steps to reproduce:
- Download Eclipse 3.2 M5a runtime
- Start with new workspace
- Install JDT and PDE
- Create simple project
- Right click the project in the Navigator and select Properties
=> only simple property pages appear
- Install WTP with all dependencies
- Right click the project in the Navigator and select Properties
=> JDT, PDE and WTP property pages appear for a simple project

As I recall there is an issue with an action filter on IProject WTP was adding. Michael Valenta has more context than me.
