Currently the XML Schema editor has it's own 'back' arrow to navigate.  The eclipse platform has its own back/forward buttons.  We need to integrate better so we can utilize the standard buttons and do away with the XML Schema editor specific button.

This is part of a mass update to close out all stale WTP bugs which are in the resolved state without an appropriate targeted version.  If you feel this bug was closed inappropriately, please reopen.
