Description: Error box "Could not accept changes" appears in Logic Diagrams, Perferences.
         Build date:  I20060309
         Language:  Traditional Chinese
         OS:          Windows Server 2003
         JDK version: IBM JDK 1.5

Steps to recreate problem:
1- Click Perferences -> Logic Diagrams -> Printing. >> Page Setup appears. do not change any value in Page Setup.
2- Click Rules & Grid.

<ERROR> Message box "Could Not Accept Changes" appears with the description "The currently displayed page contains invalid values." This message does not appear all the time. Sometimes the error box does not show up, but it does not change to Rules & Grid page when Rules & Grid item clicked.

Expected output: Rules & Grid page shows up when Rules & Grid

Perhaps the validation criteria for the grid values is not localized?

The problem looks like a program defect. It usually appears in the first time applying changes by clicking Rules & Grid(even leave default value). Please update me if any action to be taken. Thanks.

Removing target milestone.  This defect will be prioritized relative to other defects.

Does the problem occur when switching between other preference pages and then the ruler and grids page (e.g. Logic Diagrams->Appearance)? 

If possible, could you please send me the translation properties files for the environment that you used.
