Using 3.2M5 and JDK 1.5 with attached source.

Likely duplicate of bug 112292, but much easier to reproduce.

Steps:
1) Open type HashMap.
2) Go to the method values() and hilite the word 'Values' in the return statement.
3) Try to open declaration.  Hear beep and status bar says "Current text selection does not resolve to a Java element".

This seems to work for me. Moving to jdt.core as we use code select here.
