Build 3.2M5

While running jdtcore suites in hierarchial mode + show only failures filter, I observed it was rendering some progress as well.
Though it got told to "only show failures".

Note that in flat mode, there is no progress rendered, which is what I am expecting.

BTW: progress rendering is slowing down the testing process a lot...

Fixed with the fix for bug 129929.
