These are not used in GMF and I don't see how they would have use in GMF.

I am removing these classes.  They are not being used and don't appear to be useful. 
org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.properties.filters.GenericModelElementFilter 
org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.properties.filters.NotationElementFilter
