If you use the New Aspect Wizard to create an aspect and choose to extend an abstract aspect, the import statement for that aspect is not added.  If you also choose to add inherited abstract pointcuts these are not added either.

Bug 125021 covers inherited abstract pointcuts so I'm changing this to just cover not adding the import statement.
