Description Raghunathan Srinivasan CLA 2006-02-08 13:29:13 EST
The editor will add a Hyperlink on the values of select tag attributes. Clicking the hyperlink will open the corresponding resource in the appropriate editor. An extensible framework will be provided that will allow registering Hyperlink providers for a specific taglib->tag->attribute.

Yes, when it is implemented, it be available on JSF faceted projects. Currently the JSF facet requires the dynamic web project facets (although this may be relaxed in future for some use cases).

And how about the feature to converting exitsing project to a "JSF-faceted"?

That's a good question. I have never tried. Such a feature would certainly be outside our scope since facets are a WST feature that we simply extend. I believe there is a workaround by editing the project facet data file directly, but you would be best to start by posting a question to the WTP newsportal.

If you are finding that faceting is becoming a blocker for your use/adoption of JSF tools, do launch a bug against JSF and we will try to help improve the situation.
