The applicable patches have been applied.  Not all of the plugins have
been converted.  We have to revisit this later.

Keith, what other plug-ins need to be converted? If the original intent of this bug is satisfied lets close it and open new bugs if required.

Mike, please review the xsd.core and xsd.ui plug-ins to determine if there are more message bundles to be converted to the new mechanism.
If all is good, please mark this bug as fixed.

Kihup started with the xsd.ui.  The wsdl.ui should have already been moved up.   We should check the other plugins in the source editing component.
