The path of the executable in the Debug view is always displayed as absolute regardless whether the "Show Full Paths" option is on or off.

- "show full paths" does not work in debug view
- in breakpoints view is always on when eclipse starts

for breakpoints view I proposed a fast fix here https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=232429
