Description Philipe Mulet CLA 2002-03-27 05:15:09 EST
Build 20020214

From EC:

Every time I add a new Package, Eclipse starts compiling all the Java Source
files. I have over twenty packages with over 300 Classes. It takes a long
time for me to add a new package due to these unnecessary compilations.
