- Create a logic diagram.
- Go to Rulers&Grid property page
- Change grid line to Solid and Color to Red
- Change Grid spacing to 0.5
- Close Eclipse.
- Re-open Eclipse.

Result:
- Grid line and color are properly persisted but grid spacing isn't.

patch for ruler grid fix

The change forces the ruler unit to be set in memory even if it matches the original value. This fixes the persistence issue.
