Hi, 

The extract inner class to a new file exists in AJDT but not the other way round.
I have a class (that I have extracted before but that is not a necessity) and I would like to make it an inner class of another one.
I suggest that the refactoring->move... action not only present a package chooser but also a class chooser.

I hope I was clear enought.
