The "Convert to AspectJ Project" action appears directly on the context menu for Java projects. However PDE now provides a similar "Convert to Plug-in Project" action, which is under the "PDE tools" submenu. So for consistency the AJ action should move into the "AspectJ tools" submenu.

Fixed. Also renamed "Remove AspectJ Nature" to "Remove AspectJ Capability" for consistency (the convert to Plug-in Project wizard refers to capabilities rather than natures).
