Create a logic diagram in a project "Test".
Commit the Project "Test" along with the logic diagram to some CVS repository.
Open CVS Repository Perspective.
Open the "Test" project in the CVS Repositories View.
Browse to the Logic Diagram File in the CVS Repositories View.

Try opening the Logic Diagram. 

Expected: Logic Diagram opens properly and is read only.
Actual: Exceptions are thrown, and are shown in the editor.

After fixing this problem, Try to do Save As on the editor. It fails.

Attached patch suggests a fix for this problem.
