Someone from JDT/UI should make a pass to use the new API IJavaProject#findType(.., IProgressMonitor) for resolving secondary types where it makes sense.

I suggest we fix them as they come allong. I tried to make a pass but it requires quite some knowledge and just changing to the new API might be expensive.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
