org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui.internal.UnknownContentTypeDialog is used
when unknown content type'd source is passed to. The exact same
case happens when the invalid failename is specified in SaveAs
case. So we would like to share this ui.

Why would you need access to this dialog?  Shouldn't we just handle the SaveAs case as well?
