When creating plugins and inside those plugins add classes and then using
REFACTOR method to move them betwean plugins there is problem when try to run
application. Metadata inside org.eclipse.pde.core in workspace is not changed.
It couses ClassNotFoundExceptions. To solve the problem I have to run my
application in new configuration. New runtime enviroment is created and there's
no more exceptions.

Could you please provide a more precise concrete example?
