Page setup dialog needs minor usability enhancements (based on user feedback 
gather during usability study):

1. Insert instructional text at the top of dialog.
2. Switch 'Unit' and 'Page orientation' group boxes
3. Insert full colon after the control labels
4. Ensure all value fields are similar widths
