build 20030312

1) Delete a binary project from the packages view
2) Choose to delete contents (it was imported as copy in the workspace)
3) It gets deleted from disk but stays around in the packages viewer
4) It does not appear in the navigator
5) Exit eclipse and restart
6) The reference is gone
