- Toolbar is not dynamically populated and consequently won't repopulate drop-
downs based on selection.  This affects the usability of the toolbar since it 
can't contain domain specific contributions in existing drop-downs.

This is related to Bugzilla Bug 112823 . Our long term goal is to remove the
Contribution Item Service and replace with core Eclipse contribution services.

[GMF Restructure] Bug 319140 : product GMF and component
Runtime Common was the original product and component for this bug
