I am using Eclipse SDK 3.1.0 and intermittently have an issue with content 
assist. (CTRL+SPACE)

When using the Java Editor, intermittently pressing CTRL+SPACE does not bring 
up any context. I also don't get any error messages etc. in the Workspace 
status bar.
