Currently the id of the "default configuration" for a managed project is stored 
as a persistent property on the project.  We have apparently recieved a number 
of angry support calls from customers saying that they should be able to "check-
in" a file that includes this setting.  As far as I know, there is no way to do 
that with persistent properties.
