- Open Type
- type "ICommand"
-> note the duplicates stemming from moving code to different plug-ins and
leaving the old instances for compatibility

I would like to see the deprecated icon decoration in the "Open Type" dialog, as
this would save me choosing the wrong (deprecated) type all the time.

Moving to JDt/Core. The all types search engine currently doesn't provide us
with this information. It is not part of the modifiers flag.

Missed this bug while fixing bug 127628, but good news is that this is fixed now... :-)
