Build 0305

When I have a classpath error the message I am getting is 

The project was not built since its classpath is incomplete. Can not find the 
class file for {0}. Fix the classpath then try rebuilding this project	

Obviously there is a missing binding.

description is unclear, but I guess this is an error message from Core

This will be fixed in next integration build.
