It seems to me that the eclipse development process should allow for the possible migration of  
components (plugins) from project to project. For example, a component developed for TPTP might 
eventually find a better home and evolutionary path in ECF. Whole projects, of course, can migrate from 
Technology to somewhere else, but it seems that a process for migration between other projects is 
missing.
