When you update your .cdtbuild by the "team update" command, the properties of
the project are not affected in the properties windows.
You have to close Eclipse and relaunch it to see the new values.
(probably close and open the projet can do the same result)

I am wondering out loud whether we are getting resource change events on team
update. If so, the we obviously aren't responding to them for project properties.
