as mentioned in the summary above, when i clicked "Run" button , another IDE 
is started.

[additional] if i tried compiling my codes in the 2nd IDE, it compiled 
successfully

Do you have more details here? Did you press 'Run'? If you are doing plugin
development, then this will start a new instance of Eclipse. That's what 'Run'
is supposed to do.

To compile you use 'Project -> Build All' or you have the auto-build enabled
(Project->Build Automatically)

Please reopen if I misunderstood the problem or you have more details.

yes. u did answered my question. it's my mistake in doing the wrong setting for
the Run. thanx

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
