Problem Description:

First problem:
Create a new Standard Make C project with the name "test"
Rename it to a very long name.
A message indicating that the name change failed appears and is
partially in english: Could not move

Second problem:
Create a new Standard Make C project with a name with more than 245 characters
An error message appears indicating that the project cannot be created
and is partially in english: Could not create folder
