I would like to be able to re-scan an existing project for build path compenents
in much the same way that is done when a new project is created. This would be
helpful if a project's build path is corrupted and the user would like to start
from a known build path without creating a new project.

I think that would be a really nice feature.
Folks get really confused about setting the build path when importing a project.
Infering the path based on a scan would make a lot of sense.
