In the Java Editor, a right-click should reposition the caret (text insertion 
point) to the location of the right-click.  Today, you need to do a left-click 
and then a right-click to a popup menu item action use the word the caret is 
in.  Too often I have forgotten to do the left click and get the wrong popup 
menu item action or told the action cannot be performed.
