On project properties -> make builder, the option "build on resource save" 
should be disabled if the global autobuild option is unchecked in preference. 
The Note below the option can reword a little bit to mention the autobuild is 
not checked and have a link to preference page where user can check the 
autobuild option without leaving project properties page. 

Tiny bug for the future release.
