Too bad these tests are incorportated yet. I did pull into my workspace, and modified org.eclipse.wst.xsd.catalog.tests too compile so I could run from my workspace with "run as JUnit test plugin". Results were interesting. The previous, unmodified version I tagged with 0719 date. If I did something wrong (e.g. I deleted the resolver.jar file?), feel free to restore from that that tagged version. I committed my changes to HEAD, but would not want to put in build at this point (for .7).
Gabriel, perhaps you can look into this in the WTP 2.0 time frame.
Unless I'm missing something, it still doesn't look like the xml catalog tests ever got included in the wtp build. Targetting for 3.0 M6.
M6 is over, moving out to M7.
Created attachment 97832 [details] Patch This patch corrects the issues with the JUnit code that prevents it from executing properly.
Patch looked good and ran successfully for me. I've committed Gabriel's latest changes and updated the test feature.xml and test map file with this new plugin (xml catalog plugin already exists in cvs) Test script will be added after I've verified the test plugin was built successfully.
Moving this back to rc1 since we shouldnt put anything else in m7. Build seemed to go okay, though I realized I forgot to release the change to the test feature, so I'll need to remember to release that in rc1.
I've put this plugin in the master test.xml file, so should run the next build.
