20050616 smoke test

- open TestRunner.java
- position cursor on package declaration
- enable 'show selected element only'. Takes about 8 seconds on my machine
- disable 'show selected element only'. About 2 seconds

No good UI feedback (e.g. busy cursor).

clsoing all editors and open the file again solved the problem.

I can't reproduce on my machine and we've never heard about this. Not critical
for 3.1.
