Shows yellow lightbulb present after problem fixed and project is built none

Description Oyvind Harboe CLA 2004-11-09 03:04:44 EST
I'll attach a picture that shows that the yellow lightbulb can be present
after the problem has been fixed and the source has been compiled.

If I change the source file + save again to force another compile, the yellow
lightbulb goes away.

Nothing in the Error log.

Is this reproducible?
Did the error disappear from the Problems view?
Auto-build on or off?
Comment 3 Oyvind Harboe CLA 2004-11-09 12:35:36 EST
>Is this reproducible?

No. I was going to fill in some more as I observed more during the day, but it
only happened once.

I've noticed that there is a change in behaviour for 3.1 M3 from the previous
version I ran: editors that are not active have their error/warning marking
icon set even after the project is rebuilt. When I switch to those views, the
error markes disappear. This is different from what I first observed.

>Did the error disappear from the Problems view?

Yes.

>Auto-build on or off?

On.

That the editor tab does no longer update is bug 71843.

What does "RESOLVED REMIND" mean?

It does indeed sound like this bug could be a more obscure manifestation of bug
71843.

No, the editor Tab bug is another problem.

REMIND means we have not enough data yet to reproduce the problem but think
there is a problem in contrast to WORKSFORME where we think there's no bug.
However, we will not work on it until we have more information.
