In the resource perspective I can select multiple files
in the navigator view.  I'd like to be able to create a
patch with just these files.

For many gnu projects, a patch submission via email
is required for every commit.  This feature would make it
easier to use Eclipse for such projects.

(I searched for an existing PR for this but couldn't find one)
