Can see duplicate icons on the Variables view toolbar after starting to debug any java program.

 I20200706-2300 Mac OS

I think I saw it last week also sometime but now it is consistent.

@Vikas also observed the same on RHEL.

The buttons aren't duplicated, they are from a *different* view, so this is a dup of bug 564561.
