In which editor did you see this? We can't/won't do anything with additional information/steps. I was in Debug perspective, clicking on a stack element in the Debug view which opens the corresponding Java class in the editor. There is a popup: Problem Occurred 'Debug Source Display' has encountered a problem. An internal error has occurred. The popup appears very often as I click on different stack elements. I've had problems with broken Java index causing out of memory errors, maybe something got corrupted and it got fixed when I cleared the jdt.core folder in my workspace metadata. Perhaps this can be closed, unless you feel that somewhere in the stack it should have protected against the NullPointerException? |
