The following actions have capitalization problems.  These titles are taken from
the keybindings preference page.  In some cases the casing is different where
these actions appear in menus.  "from", "with", and "to" are prepositions and so
should be lowercase.

Sorry, I thought those were all contributed by the platform.  I have a separate 
bug # for compare (bug 34696), so I will append a comment to that one.

There are all of the command names added when the keybinding support was added 
(see the Key bindings preference page). This is a larger keybindings issue 
that should be addressed.

Also there is a missing space in the Goto Matching Bracket command.

This bug is only for command names as they appear in the key bindings preference 
page.  "Goto matching bracket" is mentioned in bug 34697.
