It's annoying that you need to put password every time you open task repository settings dialog even if you by intention do not want your password to be stored.

Also I discovered that changes to Save Password and Disconnected check boxes do not fire settings validation.

I understand that you can overwrite this behaviour in your own task repository provider but I decided it could be a good idea to have it by default for all providers.

So here's my patch for that.
